Baby it's COLD Outside!

It is cold here. It is epically cold here. They, by they I mean the weather people, say it hasn't been this cold since the 1940's! What are you doing to stay warm? Are you making hot cocoa, stew? This is hands down the best hot chocolate recipe. When the first six offspring were all home, we would make a gallon and keep it on the stove all day long!
