1 Corinthians 11 Come to the Table
The Lords Supper. How often do you partake? How often are we supposed to celebrate and eat and drink together, remembering what Christ did for us? The Bible tells us to do so often, and whenever we meet with other believers to come with no division, putting that aside and celebrating our Lord, we are to remember what He has done for us. Paul says that anyone who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgement on himself. “That is why many of you are weak and I’ll and many of you have died. But if we judged ourselves truly, we would not be judged. But when we are judged by the Lord, we are disciplined, so that we may not be condemned along with the world.” Vs 29-32
We are to meet and come together. In doing so, remembering what is truly important. Put away petty things, they only hurt you, I promise not one else is thinking about them!! Examine your heart and come clean with God. Then, come to the table - He’s been waiting 😊
